Returns

At Smoke Jumpers, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality cannabis products and exceptional customer service. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. In the event that your purchased product device is found defective, we are happy to offer a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
    •    The purchased product device must be returned within 24 hours of purchase if defective
    •    The product must be returned in person to the store

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
    •    Consumable products such as flower, edibles, concentrates, and tinctures
    •    Items that have been damaged due to misuse or neglect
    •    Items that have been returned after the 24 hour return period
